Hi! I'm Jessica - the owner and sole alterations specialist behind Pin Works.

My passion for sewing started early as a teenager learning to sew and led me to earn a degree in Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Production from Iowa State University. After University I kept sewing as just a hobby for many years until 2017 when I needed a bridesmaid dress altered.

That process sparked my interest, and with the guidance of a skilled mentor, I turned that curiosity into a business. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping brides and clients achieve the desired fit for their special moments.
